  My experience this evening was absolutely terrible. I couldn't be more disgusted with the service I've received. My family and I are regulars at this place up until today. I am part of a family business and I know for a fact this is not how business should be ran. Long story short I evite family and friends to join myself and my children for a bite to eat after a school dance. We arrived at 820 pm, more than an hour before closing, when we walk in there is one other part of 2 in the entire location. We place an order (2 small pizza). Around 915 pm still no food. Turns out they missed our order and the party of 2 that was there before us had an simple order that was missed as well. Once they get our pizzas going they the young man who was preparing our order comes out and asked if we could please take our order to go "BECAUSE OUR MANAGER WANTS TO LEAVE EARLY TONIGHT" I was in complete shock that we were asked to leave after over an hour of waiting for our SMALL order. My children were hungry, and upset that they now had to wait even longer to eat. I asked for a refund, which I felt was well deserved after basically being kicked out after terrible service, and was told that was not possible because the systems were closed down for the night at 920pm closing isn't until 930/10! Throughly disgusted of this evenings treatment.
