- 4 / 5By Doggieluv 916We had a bad experience early last year and after doing a review on Yelp ( I think) and one to the main corporate, we were contacted a few days by one of the managers, Roberto. He invited us back in to correct the situation. When we finally went back, Roberto personally took our order and served the food. We were very pleased with the willingness to work with us and correct the situation and retain long time customers.
Now, every time we have returned since, when Roberto sees us, he makes sure to stop in and say hi and check on us. I am appreciative for such service. These kind of employees look good for the establishment and are the ones that you want to keep around. A person who goes above and beyond will also stick out in my mind.
